I stay quiet on the political front. I don’t talk about my political beliefs because politics and the main stream media is divi ing our country. Our families and our friends.

I have lost loved ones in my life due to their radical positions right and left.
I watch and think, be silent. Lead by example. S**t the tv off. Stop learned half the news from a station that is paid by our fu**ed up government to say whatever the hell that party wants to put out there.

My health coaching advice to any of my clients stressed about life because of government and our POTUS 44, shut off the TV. Stop scrolling on your phone. Stop posting on your phone. What you are doing is inciting the fight. The WAR. IN MY VIEW, we are about to have world wor III because of the stupidity of our leadership.

You will never change a radical persons mind You could change mine. If you stop posting and start breathing and meditating with me.

When you calmly present your views, even if radical to me, I will listen and learn from you and your story.

Peace is all I want. You can say I ran away from my life to get it, and I agree. I moved away from the noise and the bu****it views of some of my loved ones to save myself and help others save themselves.

Shine today. Make someone’s day by listening to rhem.

If you are struggling with an abusive parent, or you feel you may be an abusive parent, please watch this. It is time for people to get real with themselves. Especially parents! You are your child’s role model. If you are unhappy with you children’s behaviors, take a step back and look at yourself. Be sure that it is not your behavior they are emulating.

I truly believe no child is born into this world evil. They are shaped by their caregivers. Let’s face it, we all have experienced trauma in our lives. But when children at any age but especially between the ages of 0-6 experience significant trauma or abuse, that remains with them for life. And yes, a lack of love, physical and emotional love during those years is ABUSIVE!!!!!

So, love you children. Smother them in kisses and hugs. Build them up every single day so they stand a chance in this crazy world.
