It’s been a long time coming but this vision of loveliness is about to bloom. She was a gift from our dear friend . She was beautiful when she arrived but slowly , petal by petal, lost all of her blooms. I thought she was doomed. I never had any luck with orchids before. Many of our students are plant lovers and enthusiasts and have chimed in on her care. To our delight, we’ve been watching this sweet little miracle get ready for her moment to shine once more. 💜🙏💚

As we move into March, keep an eye out for our upcoming Events and classes. We have a special month ahead intermingling In-studio and Virtual experiences.

Monday , after Beginner Yoga at 6:00p, the lovely Nancy , is offering her FREE-Full moon meditation ♍️ at 7:30p, both In-Studio and virtual options available.
This Thursday evening we welcome, back to guide us in A Past Life Journey, 6:30p. It never disappoints. Registration closes end of Tuesday. Beginners are welcome.
Registration is now open for our Virtual Meditation and talk, Being Your Own Best Friend with the Venerable Bhante Sujatha. Thursday, 3/12 at 6:30p. Via Zoom.

Past Life Journey - 3/5/26, 6:30p, $45
1 week away….Liz Lawrence is returning to guide us in a Past Life Regression.

In this experience, Liz will lead us to a former lifetime through a guided meditation. If you have never given it a try, Liz walks us through some visualization practice prior to the meditation to provide a basis for us to begin.

Each time is different. As is my role, home, gender and sometimes my guide.
In one of my last experiences, I connected with my dad, it was really a wonderful to experience to see him this way.
I always find it fascinating and learn something that connects the dots in relation to things that interest me in this lifetime. Registration by 3/3

Silence & Space- A Mini Silent Retreat
Sunday, 2/22, 10:00-2:00pm, $60

I had the good fortune to attend a mini silent retreat this past Autumn with Lauren.
It was beautiful. There were stations around the room for quite mindful activities. Journal prompts, coloring, objects to focus on, books to peruse or the opportunity to just sit and do nothing.
It was beautifully planned and executed.
I have wanted to participate in a silent retreat but wasn’t sure if I could actually do it. This gave me the reassurance that carving time out isn’t a selfish activity, it was a great opportunity to reset. As I allowed thoughts and feelings to arise and not let the “busyness of life “ interfere with that process, the clarity I’ve been seeking had time to poke through.
If you have been thinking about giving it a try, this may be your moment.
