✨ Want longer, healthier hair? ✨

If you're struggling with hair growth, here are 5 key tips to boost your strands naturally:

1️⃣ Prioritize Scalp Health – A healthy scalp = thriving hair! Keep it clean and well-nourished.
2️⃣ Nourish from Within – Eat a balanced diet with plenty of complete proteins.
3️⃣ Be Gentle – Avoid excessive heat styling, tight hairstyles, and harsh chemicals.
4️⃣ Use Growth-Promoting Products – Choose natural shampoo, nourishing oils, and growth serum. My favorites are Rejuveniqe Oil and the IR Clinical System.

5️⃣ Reduce Stress & Stay Consistent – Stress can lead to shedding! Relax, and stick to a solid routine.

1. Scalp Care is a MUST! Think about it, if you want a garden to grow, don't you ensure that your soil is rich and able to produce strong plants? That's how you should be thinking about hair growth too! It starts at the scalp. My favorite weekly treatment is done with Rejuveniqe Oil and IR Clinical Serum.

2. Strand Care is for the hair you have already! Weekly masque treatments ensure my hair is hydrated, moisturized, and ready to endure all the processes it will go through during the week ahead.

3. Heat and Elements Protection. Heat Protection products go on my strands before any hot tool touches them. This ensures there is a barrier to protect my strand from drying and frying. Before I go in the cold or sun, my strands get a few drops of Rejuveniqe Oil! This oil helps keep moisture sealed, and acts as a natural sunscreen too.

Say Goodbye to old habits!

Skipping on a night time hair care routine might be causing you issues in the long term!

Alot of friction happens on your pillow.
And if you're someone who sleeps on wet hair, you'll want to rethink that!

Here's a few things you can do to ensure protection while ya sleep.

#1 - if your hair is long, pile it in a loose bun on top your head with a silk, satin or soft scrunchie. If your hair is short, opt for a silk or satin bonnet. This will reduce friction and help alleviate breakage.

#2 - make sure your hair is DRY before hitting the pillow. Going to bed with wet hair can cause a host of bacterial scalp issues, and can cause even more breakage with friction. Did you know that hair can also experience damage from not drying quickly enough? Best bet is to dry it at least 90% before laying down.

#3 - use a silk or satin pillowcase! Cotton will steal moisture from your hair, and cause excess friction.

That's it! Easy as 1, 2, 3 and anyone can do it!

And here I am, 6 years later, teaching others how to do the same!

I naively thought products were enough. Products are a HUGE portion, but changing products alone, is not enough for most of us.

I know hair loss/thinning/breaking can be such a daunting struggle. It's an uphill battle when you're fighting alone. Let's do this together.

Did you know that:

By age 35, two-thirds of American men experience some degree of noticeable hair loss; by age 50, approximately 85% have significantly thinning hair.

And Up to 40% of women experience noticeable hair loss by age 50.

While not all hair loss is completely preventable, there are preventative measures that we can take to ensure healthy hair growth for longer.

When we can look in depth at the scalp, using a scope, we can gain a baseline of what may be happening at the follicle level.

Have you started to notice thinning or changes with your hair as you age?

Losing your hair can make you look older than you feel. Hair loss is more common than you think, but can be hard to talk about. The sooner you come to terms with it, the sooner you can improve it.

Thankfully advances in technology have allowed us to have more options beyond medications.

20- 30 minute treatments with this FDA Approved laser cap is all you need 2-3 times a week.

272 lasers give you optimal power, combined with ease of use, giving you the best possible results. (Until recently, this technology was only available through $3,000 devices.)

Hands-free operation allows you to carry out other tasks during treatment too.

The laser cap emits LLLT (low-level light therapy) to your scalp to stimulate hair follicles. Your scalp’s cells absorb the laser light that encourages metabolism and protein synthesis. This cutting-edge treatment provides thicker, fuller hair in as little as four months.*

This cap can be used again and again, along with a scalp supportive hair care regimen, to keep your scalp in its top working order.

The technology was first used for cancer research on mice and researchers noticed the mice had improved hair growth, inspiring further research. Since then, laser hair caps have been used in various studies, proving their effectiveness in improving hair thickness and covering bald patches in men and women.

*Individual results will vary. Effectiveness of treatment is dependent on genetic, hereditary, and lifestyle factors.

5 years ago, I was clueless, but thought I was doing all the correct things for my hair.

What I came to learn is, I knew virtually nothing.

👊I was washing wrong
👊My products were causing more harm than good
👊My nutrition was off
👊I was styling incorrectly
👊And I wasn't addressing my scalp

After years of consistently studying hair & scalp care, plus working on my own hair & scalp, I've finally come to a point where I feel like I am in control of the outcome of my hair! When I say that I no longer have bad hair days, I mean it. There are none.

I've taken my experience to the next level, because I want to help you all too! As a Certified Hair Loss Practitioner, we work together to address your struggles, and put a plan together to help you effectively tackle the issues.

Comment 'Scalp' if you're ready to work with me to achieve your best results.

After 3 kids, surgery, and 3 decades of doing whatever I wanted to my hair, it caught up to me. It was super thin, but also coarse and breaking off so easily.

I was trying anything I could try, and switching up shampoo & conditioner to try to find 'the one'.

After not seeing any real growth, 4 months post hair cut, I knew I needed to stop the endless cycle. My basket of products that no longer worked, was getting too full to hold anymore. Listen, I know you probably have a basket too. The 'I'll try that again in a couple months' basket, where products collect dust.

I was spending too much, to not be getting any favorable results.

That's when I decided to try the products that my friend was using. I had nothing to lose by that point!

And that's where my passion for hair started. Once I switched products, and began to learn about hair growth & how to truly care for my hair, things started to change. At first the changes were sloooooww, and I think, at some points, even felt like regression, but I persisted because I knew that was part of the process.

Nearly 5 years later, and I don't recall my hair ever feeling so great!

If you're struggling, stop. You're not alone! Comment below or send me a DM and we can work through your struggles together!
