• Wed - YIN Yoga @ 6p
• Thurs - Hot Yoga/Pilates Fusion @ 6p

Traditional Yoga - $12

The next two months our studio will be offering a variety of classes from Hot Yoga/Pilates fusion to really get your "sweat" on to soul nurturing classes like YIN.
There are also some weekend offerings planned.

Now before you start the narrative, "I have so much to do!" Thanksgiving then Christmas!
Ya' know what so does everyone else but the people who stress the least are the ones who give themselves some "self love" to keep their cup full so they can be there for others 🫶.

🧘Teacher: Did you know our studio offers Hot Yoga classes on Thursday @ 6p.?
🤔 Curious yogi: Say, what!
🧘 Teacher : No need to drive to State College.
🤔 Curious yogi: That's cool! Are the classes expensive?
🧘 Teacher: Nah, $15 Drop in. All levels are welcome and there's no pre-sign up required. Luna & Ha Wellness Studio has an open door policy. Any class, any time.
🤔 Curious yogi: Do I need to bring anything?
🧘 Teacher: Towel, water bottle and yoga mat, if you have one. The studio has mats & props for use, we just ask that you sanitize after use and we provide the sanitizing wipes.
🤔 Curious yogi: Can I bring a friend?
🧘 Teacher: Absolutely. When your friend finds out you attended without them they'll question their life choices 🤣 We ❤️ the energy new yogis bring to our studio.
