If you've never done the Original 26.2 Hot Yoga you should give it a try. Your "everything" is put to the test - focus, strength and flexibility.
Ya know they've stepped up to the challenge when a student asks, when are we going to lay down 😅

Hi there yogis.....
I apologize for this late post, life right!
The universe has been testing my resilience the past few weeks - I returned to the classroom this week (instructor not student) to find my shared office no longer had my work station or computer. I needed to update my laptop to work from home, the printer randomly quit working after 10 years of loyal service and minimal paper jams. But the one that almost broke me was the coffee pot broke 🤬
So, you know I'm leaning into our yoga practices this week.
