Susque-View Home Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is one of the area’s leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility providing quality care for the Lock Haven community. Our staff works together as a cohesive team in order to provide the best possible care to meet our resident’s needs. Whether you or a loved one is recovering from an acute illness or in need of long term care, our care staff is ready to assist with a variety services in a warm, caring environment. We are a 146 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, offering both Short-Term and Long-Term care. We have on site Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy Services. We offer both in-patient and out-patient Rehabilitation Services.

Patricia joined us at Lock Haven after experiencing multiple falls at home. Determined to rebuild her strength, she worked closely with our therapy team and nurses to reach her goals. Her perseverance and positive attitude paid off, and now she is heading home stronger and more confident than before.
