Parents As Teachers at Infant Development Program Parents As Teachers is a free home-based parenting enrichment program, provided through Infant Development Program.

We offer support in areas of development, family well-being, resource connections and group connections. Parents as Teachers is a free home based program starting from Pregnancy through Kindergarten Age, that covers all of Clinton County, through the Infant Development Program. The program offers Parent/Child activities, developmental information, developmental screenings, and assistance obtaining

Challenger Baseball Interest Survey. Keystone Little League is exploring the possibility of bringing a Challenger Baseball program to our area. Challenger Baseball is an adaptive baseball program designed for athletes with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, focusing on inclusion, teamwork, confidence-building, and making baseball accessible for all athletes.

Join us for our Summer Safety Event at the Lock Haven Branch YMCA—happening Thursday, May 28th from 5:00–7:00 PM. This hands-on event is designed for kids and parents to learn together and feel confident heading into the summer season.

It’s a great, interactive way for families to build real-life safety skills while connecting with local community partners.

Kids and teens through age 17 or in high school are eligible for FREE NEW SHOES if they have Compass or a referral from a church or other organization, and if they live in Clinton County or the Liberty-Curtin Elementary School area. The Lock Haven Area Shoe Bank is inside Covenant United Methodist Church, 44 W. Main St., Lock Haven.
