The teams traveled through 9 levels of Zombie bootcamp earning points for each rep completed.

Lots of sweat and only a few screams! 😂

Y’all health is our WEALTH!
I cannot agree more with what this Dr is saying. We are the sickest country in the WORLD!!
Please stop saying you don’t have the time. You must make the time so you have MORE time with those you love!!
There is NO quick fix.
It’s work - every single day.

Move daily.
Eat REAL food.
Drink good quality water.
Eliminate toxic chemicals from your home and certainly ones you put on your body.
Limit screen time.
Surround yourself with people that have similar health goals.
Get fresh air and sunshine.
Get good quality SLEEP!

I have helped many people get off of pharmaceuticals by just doing the things above!
Start small…Pick one and do it consistently!
Then add another and do it consistently.
Make your health a priority because once it’s gone…it’s gone!!!

AWFUL.
MORTIFIED.
LIKE AN ASS.

This is how I have felt when I had forgotten an appointment I made with my stylist, or the dog groomer, and didn't show.

Is it JUST me?? 🙋🏼‍♀️

I have offered to pay for their time while they waited for me and I didn't show, as they could have filled my spot.

The VERY few times that this has happened, they GRACIOUSLY declined...and yet, I hope I conveyed how incredibly AWFUL and MORTIFIED I felt not honoring THEIR time.

You see, now I know exactly how it feels when someone doesn't show and doesn't even bother to call or text (which literally takes SECONDS).
--> I am not talking about emergency situations - we all get a pass there.
