Hey Everyone!

I am Heather Thatcher and have now been with Schroer Medical for almost 4 years! I am a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I have 13 years experience as an APRN and 18 years total in nursing. I have a strong background in chronic disease management including 10 years in Nephrology.

I graduated Lockesburg High School in 2003. From there I earned my BSN at Henderson State University and my Master’s in Nursing at Arkansas State University.

I currently live in Lockesburg with my husband C**t and our two boys Drake & Cash. I was born and raised in Lockesburg and have deep roots and a strong love for this community! In my spare time I stay busy watching our boys play sports (Go Outlaws!!), traveling, and anything outdoors.

Through nursing I feel like God has used me to serve others! Even on our busiest days I find rest in knowing this is what God has lead me to do with my life and I thank Him for that daily!

Hey Y'all,

Time to RE-introduce myself, since Schroer Medical Clinic has been in business for nearly 5 years now!!!

My name is Cassie-Davis Schroer. I'm a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Lockesburg, Arkansas. I've been working in the nursing profession since the young age of 19! I always knew this was the profession for me and it was my dream to own a clinic in my small home town and care for my community.

I graduated from Lockesburg High School in 2001 and married my soul mate, Mark Schroer in 2002. I started my journey as an LPN from CCCUA in 2003, then tackled my RN with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UAMS in 2009 and later my APRN from Walden University in 2018.

I achieved my college education, professional career, and business ownership while juggling 4 kids: Kaydence, Layne, Jed, & Willow. If you know them, you love them. It has taken a village to help raise them and we are beyond blessed.

Looking back at my journey proves that hard work, determination, and God's grace will lead you where you're supposed to be. I truly love the job that I do and pray that God continues to lead me to care for those that need me.

Patients consistently appreciate her compassion and dedication, while her coworkers enjoy her sassy attitude, quick wit, and playful sarcasm that bring energy to the workplace. We deeply appreciate everything Autumn does and are grateful to work alongside someone so passionate, skilled, and enjoyable to be around.

We would like to encourage everyone to take advantage of these cold, icy snow ☃️ days by slowing down, spending time with family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 (snuggle with those babies🤱, have deep conversations with your teens), rest (sleep is essential 😴), hydrate (strive for 80 oz water/day💧), eat fruits and veggies (to get needed vitamins and minerals🍉🥕), take additional supplements to help your immune system💊💪 (multivitamin, vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, probiotics) ‼️

We are in peak cold and flu season. 😷🤒
Use this time to get well and prepare ahead.
Wash your kids backpacks, jackets, shoes, bedding, etc while schools are closed. 🎒👟Disinfect your homes (lysol or bleach work best).🏠

• Deductibles reset with most plans
• Copays are required at the time of your visit
• If you have a high-deductible plan, your percentage responsibility is due on the date of service
• Coinsurance amounts may apply depending on your plan
