Joe Michael Bondurant, age 72 of Laurel Hill, Florida passed away January 12, 2024 in the Andalusia Manor.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, January 21, 2024 at the Woodlawn Baptist Church (824 N. Ferdon Blvd., Crestview, Florida). The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the services. A reception will follow the service in the church’s fellowship hall. Keahey Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
Left to cherish his memory, loving wife, Susan Bondurant; son, Gregory Bondurant (Amy) of Laurel Hill, Florida; grandchildren, Bailey and Hannah Bondurant; sister, Betty Sue Ellis (Joe) of Pensacola, Florida; brother, Frank Bondurant (Jodi) of Keystone Heights, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold Perry Bondurant and Coline Cowart Bondurant;
He served in the U.S. Marines.

Mary Ellen Lee of Laurel Hill, Florida passed away August 8, 2023, at a Crestview Hospital . She was 86.

Left to cherish her memory, loving husband, Ret. USMC Col. Gregory Wallace Lee; son, Jeffrey Philip Lee (Claudine) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; daughters, Lorian Marjorie Diamond of Florala, Alabama; Jennifer Anne Lee of Florala, Alabama; Andrea Alison Lee of Laurel Hill, Florida; grandchildren, Samantha Lee, Daniel Diamond, Bethany Diamond, Justine Lee and Anne Lee.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am Saturday 08/26/2023 at the First Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Niceville, FL followed by a reception at the church. In lieu of flowers donate to Guiding Eyes for the Blind.

Grady "Clyde" Odom, age 68 of Florala passed away June 27, 2023 in a Crestview hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 1, 2023 at Keahey Chapel of Lockhart-Florala. Rev. Billy Pickron will officiate.
The family will receive friends at Keahey Chapel one hour prior to the services. Interment will follow in New Hope Church Cemetery with military honors by the U.S. Army. Keahey Funeral Home of Lockhart-Florala is entrusted with the arrangements.
Serving as pallbearers will be Spencer Moody, Logen Hatcher, Jerry Radney, Jeremy Radney, Stephen Radney, Shane Bramble.
Left to cherish his memory, the love of his life, Debra May Odom; children, Crystal Harper (Josh) of Florala, Shane Odom of Lockhart, step children, Michael May of Hansville, Al; Michaela May Juarez; Larry Hatcher of Ocalla, Fl; Christopher May of Blountsville, Al; grandchildren, Dillon Harper, Caleb Odom, Katie Odom, Laura Megan Odom,Aisleigh Juarez, Lucas Juarez; numerous great grandchildren; siblings, Jay Odom of Moore Haven, FL; Ray Odom of Andalusia, Al; James Odom of Florala, Al; Betty Gail Odom of Florala, Al; Wanda Radney of Samson, Al; Cindy Morrison of Gaskin, FL; Becky Geajardo of Bouey, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews and many many friends.
Clyde was preceded in death by his parents, Grady Lee Odom and Maggie Louise Taylor Odom; siblings, Roy Odom, Jr. Odom, Royce Dale Odom, Jeanette Hemphill, Shirley Cawthon, and Hazel Price.
Clyde served in the U.S. Army for 12 years and during that time traveled extensively and received many prestigious marksman awards. He operated the military motor pool and was the General's "favorite" operator.He was known throughout Florala as the "garden master" having an annual flourishly garden with a bounty of vegetables to share with all his family and friends. The family reminisced how on Debra May and Clyde's "honeymoon" they picked and shucked corn! He was friends with all the local farmers and always said he would have loved to farm for a living. A true country man, he loved to fish and hunt. A natural mathematician he could quickly do advanced math problems "in his head", his expertise with numbers led to his career as a precision mechanic; due to health problems he had to retire early from Turbon Diagnosis Services. Those who knew him best and dearly loved him described him as deeply loyal, an extremely hard worker and simply a fine man! He will be greatly missed.
