Meet our wonderful Administrator, Amy!
We’ve been so lucky to have Amy join our Wellspring family! Just a few short months ago, Amy joined our team to lead the charge in Wellspring as our new Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, and though she’s been humble, it’s time for a little humble brag. Because she’s just absolutely a rockstar.
Since day one, Amy has jumped in with purpose and heart, and you can feel the difference. Her leadership, attention to hospitality, and commitment to excellence have helped us make huge strides in such a short time. She’s building a passionate, hardworking care team and creating a culture that truly puts residents first, whether someone is here for rehab or long-term care.
When asked why she chose Wellspring, Amy shared that she was drawn by our community’s long-standing reputation and legacy, and felt called to help lead it into an even brighter future. With years of experience across senior care settings, Amy is driven by connection, compassion, and making sure people feel safe, seen, and cared for.
Outside of work, she’s a proud Hoosier, sports fanatic, baking enthusiast, and a brand-new grandma!
