Announce Interventional Pain Solutions Service

Press Release January 6, 2025: Summit Pain & Wellness, based in Wichita Falls Texas, an innovative healthcare provider of pain management solutions, and W.J. Mangold Memorial Hospital are pleased to announce a collaborative partnership for fellowship trained anesthesia specialists to provide interventional pain management services in Lockney.
Josh Dunlap, CRNA, APRN, NSPM-C began providing pain management services every Monday at W.J. Mangold starting December 2, 2024. Josh completed a fellowship in non-surgical pain management from Texas Christian University and is board certified in this specialty area of nurse anesthesia.
The focus of the service will be to offer the highest quality of care to patients suffering from acute and chronic pain utilizing non-surgical, minimally invasive approaches to provide effective pain management. The goal is to ensure that patients experience improved quality of life and overall well-being with a personalized treatment plan to assist the patient in finding relief. Treatment options available include joint injections, nerve blocks, numbness treatment, carpal tunnel release, epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablations and regenerative therapy.
“Our partnership with Summit Pain & Wellness brings another much needed service to our community,” said Vince DiFranco, CEO of W.J. Mangold Memorial Hospital. “This collaboration will provide our patients with more timely access to specialized care while providing the convenience of a pain management service close to home."
The design of the treatment plan begins with an evaluation visit and usually requires a referral from the patient’s primary care provider. Patients can call 940-766-8807 for more information and to schedule an appointment or referrals can be faxed to 888-563-0799.
