🍽️ Healthy Chicken Zucchini Meatballs for Weight Loss! 💪

Looking for a delicious, guilt free menu? These chicken zucchini meatballs are packed with protein and veggies, making them the perfect option for your weight loss journey ☀️

INGREDIENTS:

* 1 lb. Ground chicken

* 1 medium zucchini, grated and drained

* 1/4 cup breadcrumbs ( or almond flour for a low- carb option)

* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

* 1 egg

* 2 garlic cloves, minced

* 1 tsp Italian seasoning

* salt and pepper to taste

* marinara sauce ( no sugar)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat your oven to 400 F

2. In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well .

3. Form the mixture into meatballs ( about 1-2 inches in diameter) and place them on a lined baking sheet.

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden.

5. Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy your health meal!

* Squeeze out excess moisture from the zucchini to keep the meatballs from getting soggy.
