Ever had a moment where something tiny—like a spilled cup of tea—suddenly makes you lose it?

Zen & Tonic is happening tomorrow at 1 PM inside Miskatonic Brewery’s cozy barrel room.

It’s one hour of feel-good, beginner-friendly yoga—followed by a cold pint of Miskatonic’s finest beer (included with your ticket). We’ll stretch, breathe, and reset in the most relaxing space in town.

Come solo, bring a friend, or gift yourself a quiet hour before the week starts.
