While all Medicare plans cover nutrition counseling for diabetes and chronic kidney disease, Independent Health Encompass 65 covers 4 visits per year for all members regardless of diagnosis. Since it's a preventive visit, it’s a $0 copay!

(all their other plans have nutrition counseling coverage as well!)
