“Now what?” and “what now?” are questions that often arrive uninvited, after loss, during menopause, in the wake of a career shift, divorce, retirement, unexpected moments, or the quiet, internal realization that life no longer feels the same. These moments can feel disorienting, even isolating, but they are also deeply human. And they deserve space.

This guided, heart-centered conversation, led by two physicians, offers a setting where medical insight meets real-life experience. Together, we’ll explore how life’s transitions, whether physical, emotional, or identity shifts, impact our health, our sense of self, and how we begin to move forward.

My soul’s reflection of who she is.

I often sit in awe of what has unfolded over the past 10 years since creating She ROCKS It. What I prayed for… versus what God gave me—whew. Beyond anything I could have imagined.
