We offer quality physical and aquatic therapy services by highly trained doctors of physical therapy. We specialize in manual therapy and spinal decompression.

At Advantage Physical Therapy, our team strives to provide individualized and quality PT care to Lockport, NY and its surrounding communities. We are the only clinic in the Eastern Niagara region with an aquatic therapy pool. We provide rehab services for conditions such as low back pain, sciatica, spinal stenosis, arthritis, disc herniations, neck pain, knee pain, meniscus tears, shoulder pain, rotator cuff injuries and plantar fasciitis. Our practice provides post-operative rehab for total joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, spinal fusions and joint arthroscopies. Our goal is to get you feeling better, moving better, and living better as quickly as we can. If you or someone you know is in pain and is in need of rehab services, do not waste time! Please call us right away to schedule an appointment. We accept all insurances including worker’s compensation, no fault, and Medicaid.

Good morning. The POOL and locker rooms will be CLOSED today Oct 28, tomorrow Oct 29, and Wednesday Oct 30 for ongoing repairs from flooding. We will know more information tomorrow morning regarding potentially opening the POOL back up on Thursday. The GYM will be OPEN as usual for all days.

Good morning. The POOL is closed MON 10/28 due to ongoing flood restoration. The GYM will be OPEN as usual. We will decide on Monday morning if we can open the pool for the rest of the week or not. Please reach out with questions.

We are CLOSED for the rest of the night due to dust/chemicals from our flood restoration. As of right now, the GYM will be OPEN tomorrow 10/25. The POOL will remain CLOSED for tomorrow 10/25.
