How Reiki changed my life
                                                                                                                         After letting the hustle-and-bustle world keep my mind constantly buzzing with worries and struggling to sleep. I realized it was time for something new. Desperate to find a way to turn off my mind at night, I tried meditating using the Reiki method. It turned out to be exactly what I needed to let my stressors fade away. I was finally able to quiet my mind, but to my surprise, I also noticed an abundance of energy in my hands. It was subtle at first, but clearing my head gave me a chance to feel something I never experienced before. I researched what I was feeling and how reiki uses energy to help people like me. There was so much to learn, the more I read the more I wanted to share what I've felt. It's a simple yet powerful technique that will bring balance and harmony to all aspects of your life.
