✨ An Update to My Prenatal Massage Offerings ✨

As my work continues to deepen, I’ve realized something important:
60 minutes simply isn’t enough time to fully honor the pregnant body.
Prenatal care deserves more than just “getting through the muscles.” It requires space—to slow down, to ground, to regulate the nervous system, and to work mindfully and intentionally with the profound changes happening in the body.

Because of this, I’ve transitioned my prenatal massage offering to extended sessions, allowing time not only for therapeutic massage, but also for grounding, energy work, and intuitive, integrative care throughout the session. This shift allows me to truly support the whole person—not just address symptoms.

I have specialized training in perinatal massage and women’s health, and this work is deeply personal to me. Supporting women through menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause is not just what I do—it’s my passion project and life’s work. The female body is powerful, intelligent, and worthy of care that is unhurried and deeply respectful.
To support this, I now offer two prenatal care options:

🤍 Prenatal care packages for consistent, ongoing care throughout pregnancy
This work is gentle, grounding, and tailored to each stage of pregnancy—supporting comfort, circulation, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to your body during this sacred time.

​Recently, we have experienced a high volume of last-minute cancellations and "no-show" appointments. These instances make it difficult for us to accommodate guests on our waiting list and deeply impact our therapists’ schedules.
​We value your business and your wellness journey. This update enables us to maintain a fair and accessible schedule for everyone.

​Card on File: All guests will be required to have a credit card securely stored in our encrypted system to hold an appointment.

​The 24-Hour Rule: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations.
​Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed without notice, will result in a $50 fee charged to the card on file.

First week back after maternity leave ❤️

This week felt like a threshold.
A soft returning.
A remembering.

My hands came back to the work they know so well,
but my heart came back changed — wider, slower, more rooted.

There’s something sacred about tending to others after becoming a mother again.
About holding bodies while learning, day by day, how to hold this new version of myself.

I’m deeply grateful for the women who trusted me with their care this week —
for the quiet conversations, the exhales, the shared understanding that healing doesn’t rush.

As I step back into this space, I’m moving gently.
With intention.
With reverence for the season I’m in.
