Christopher E. Beney MD PC We are an Internal Medicine and Pediatric practice in Lockport, NY. We serve patients newborn to a hundred plus year old's and every age in between.

We are a Patient Centered Medical Home, which means we put YOU in the center of your health care! Preventive Care is just as important as seeing a Doctor when you are not feeling your best. We offer and encourage preventive testing, yearly physicals, and immunizations to keep you feeling your best! We Provides services to all ages, and such care is best delivered by a team approach carefully coordinated by Dr. Beney. You will not be able to see the doctor at every visit. We have amazing Physicians Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) that are an integral part of this multi-disciplinary team.

PORTAL ACTIVATION DIRECTIONS

To Activate your Patient Portal, log into our website at www.mdlockport.com Scroll to the middle of the page and click on PATIENT PORTAL.

Another window will pop up asking you to either log in with your username or activate your account. Click on Activate Account.

Another page will appear that needs to be filled out Completely.

Enter First and last name exactly as it appears on your activation Letter, your date of birth, and your email twice. It will also require you to choose THREE security Questions and Answers to verify your identity, when logging in occasionally.
