About

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) specializing in Chemical Dependency Evaluations, Gambling Evaluations, Relapse Prevention, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Trauma, and Couples counseing. I maintain a private practice in Billings, MT.

I have been counseling individuals throughout the Billings community for over 30 years in various capacities, from leading bereavement groups, aiding those involved in the correctional system, to facilitating Domestic Assault groups. My career has granted me the opportunity to work with diverse groups. I take a person-centered approach, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify a client's goals, moving towards positive solutions.

My approach to therapy is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I believe in working alongside the client and offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. I hope that clients would feel empowered with new insights and skills and are able to write a fresh, new chapter for their life.
