Hello, my name is Cynthia Thomas and I am the owner and Lead massage therapist at Locust Grove Wellness. We recently celebrated our 9 Year business anniversary. We have had the pleasure of creating a tight knit community and have listened to the requests of offering more mind-body services. I'm happy to announce that we are open for registration and seeking individuals that are searching for a quiet and serene atmosphere to experience their yoga practice. Our class is small and we prefer to keep it intimate and personal. Grace is a wonderful instructor that has had exposure to learning and practicing yoga through her global travels.
