ISY teaches power yoga, gentle yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, and Pop Pilates. Our yoga studio offers heated and non heated classes. At Indigo Soul Yoga, we do it different. This milestone represents dedication, consistency, and a true commitment to your practice. Showing up again and again — through busy days, challenging moments, and everything in between — is something to be proud of.

Indigo Soul Yoga, LLC is located in historic Locust Grove, Georgia, about 30 miles south of Atlanta. The mission of Indigo Soul is to help people embrace the brilliance and power that lie within their soul on and off the mat. Indigo Soul Yoga is an alignment-based studio. ISY offers vinyasa, power, restorative, sound baths, and yin yoga. Indigo Soul believes in balancing the power of the physicality of the vinyasa practice with rest and relaxation of restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and meditation.
