Most of the women I see aren’t lacking time…

She had just gotten back from a beautiful trip to Europe with her husband and two kids.
Full days. Travel. Different time zones. Constant stimulation.

She felt great while she was there.

But when she got home…
the dizziness started.

Lightheaded. Off. Not quite herself.

Nothing was “wrong”… but something didn’t feel right.

She came in, and instead of jumping into fixing,
we slowed everything down.

We focused on her breath.
We helped her body shift out of that constant “on” state.
We gave her nervous system space to settle.

By that evening… the dizziness was gone.

This is something I see very often.

Sometimes it’s not about an injury or something structural.
Sometimes it’s your nervous system being pushed into overdrive for too long —
and not knowing how to come back down.

There isn’t something wrong or in need of fixing.
It just hasn’t been given the chance to reset.

It’s not about squeezing in a workout.
It’s about resetting my nervous system… so I can fully show up for the next person in front of me.

A few slow, intentional movements.
A few steady breaths.
Letting my body come back to baseline.

Because the way I care for myself…
is the same way I guide my clients.

Not more intensity.
Not more pushing.
But learning how to come out of that constant “go, go, go.”

Back in the office today 🤍

After a full week home with the kids… I know how easy it is for our bodies to stay in that go-go-go, survival mode.

So today, I’m bringing my clients back to the basics:
breath, slow movement, and a nervous system that finally feels safe enough to exhale.

Because getting out of fight/flight isn’t about doing more…
it’s about giving your body a chance to feel supported again.

They’re back to school…
and now you finally have a moment to exhale.

But instead of rushing into the next thing—
pause for a second.

Last week (or the past 10 days) held a lot…
✨ joy
✨ overstimulation
✨ noise
✨ connection
✨ maybe tension in your body you didn’t even notice building

Before you move on… can you process it?

Not mentally—
but physically.

Notice your breath.
Where are you holding? (jaw, shoulders, belly?)
Can you soften it… even 10%?

Today isn’t about doing more to “get back on track.”
It’s about coming back to yourself.

A few slow breaths.
A little space.
A reset your body actually feels.

That’s where everything starts 🤍

Spring break with them…
is full.

Full of noise
Full of needs
Full of snacks, questions, movement, interruptions.

And also…
full of moments you don’t want to miss 🤍

But here’s what I see happen over and over—
you try to push through it
hold your breath
tighten your body
and wait for a break that never really comes…

Instead of giving yourself
tiny moments within the day

Not hours
Not alone time
Not something unrealistic

Just:
• one full breath while they play
• softening your shoulders while standing in the kitchen
• unclenching your jaw in the car

Because regulation doesn’t come from escaping your life…
it comes from learning how to be in it differently 👏🏻

✨ You don’t need less motherhood
You need more support inside it!

If this week feels like a lot—
you’re not doing it wrong

You just might need a different way to move through it

The kids are home.
Schedules are off.
And somehow… you’re doing even more.

More meals.
More planning.
More noise.
More holding it all together.

And less space for you.

But here’s what I want you to remember this week:

Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to mean
an hour workout
or a full routine
or getting it “perfect”

It can look like:

• 3 slow breaths before you get out of the car
• Sitting for a minute before walking into the house
• Letting your shoulders drop instead of holding everything up
• Lying on the floor for 2 minutes while your kids play around you

Small moments.
But they change your nervous system.
And that changes everything.

Because when you feel even a little more regulated…
you show up differently—for yourself and for them.

You don’t need more time this week.
You need small moments of support.

If you begin to feel more tense, overwhelmed, or in pain this week…
