Last week I had a session with Lindsay Grobman who is a wonderful asset to our healing space at Birch Hill Natural Medicine. She integrates physical therapy and yoga in order to help correct posture and alignment issues to prevent injuries and reduce pain due to poor body mechanics. She can assess your posture in order to provide strengthening exercises and yoga poses that can specifically benefit you. Lindsay also uses gentle body work to release areas of myofacial tension.
