Legacy Wellness, a concierge naturopathic clinic in Locust, NC, is seeking a values-aligned Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (licensed in North Carolina) to join in a unique collaborative model of care. This is a 1099 opportunity, not employment.

We’re looking for a practitioner who is:

Tired of 10-minute visits and endless red tape

Drawn to holistic collaboration reimagined—honoring both natural and conventional approaches while preserving professional autonomy

Supportive of medical freedom, parental rights, and client dignity

Experienced or eager to grow in integrative/functional medicine

Comfortable with independent practice, either virtually or in their own space (with optional use of our clinic space)

🚨 The Florida House passed a bill Wednesday that prevents health care discrimination based on vaccination status and maintains the state’s prohibition against discrimination related to mRNA vaccines.

What it does:
HB 1299 prohibits health care providers and facilities from discriminating against a patient based solely on vaccination status and affirms a patient’s right to impartial access to treatment or accommodations regardless of vaccination status.

• The bill repeals the scheduled expiration of the definition of mRNA vaccines, maintaining the prohibition against discrimination based on vaccination status.

• It prohibits health care providers and facilities from discriminating against patients based solely on vaccination status.

• The bill requires Medical Ma*****na Treatment Centers and Testing Laboratories to report actual or attempted theft, loss, or diversion of medical ma*****na to the Department of Health in addition to law enforcement, and defines “owners,” “managers,” and “employees” for background screening purposes.

Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo urged lawmakers to pass the Senate version of the bill Tuesday, and said parents in Florida are having trouble finding a pediatrician in their area because certain doctors refuse to see children “if they deviate at all from the vaccine schedule issued by the CDC.”

“We are in a new era. There are more people now asking questions about ‘what’s really best for my kid’ after the last few years we’ve been in,” Ladapo said.

The bill passed the House 114-1, and now heads to the Senate.

A 750 mg dose of thiamine (B1) effectively relieved cluster headaches, but the headaches reappeared shortly after discontinuing the supplement. Pre-treatment blood tests indicated normal thiamine levels.
