Shortage of Healthcare Workers

I've been hearing frequently about under-staffed hospitals and healthcare offices. This is obviously not good. An internet search reveals this summary of the problem:

Healthcare facilities nationwide are facing significant staffing shortages, impacting patient care and increasing the workload for remaining staff.

This crisis is driven by factors like high burnout rates, an aging workforce, and inadequate staffing ratios. Projections indicate a potential shortfall of millions of healthcare workers by 2026.

Dr. Aardsma’s Anti-Aging Vitamins have potential to help with this problem in two ways:

It's County Fair season here in the midwest! Each year I love perusing the exhibit hall. The display of talent and creativity by people of all ages amazes me---everything from cake decorating, to woodworking, to photography, to quilting, to growing produce, and much more! The finest cooks in the county display their culinary talents, like in the photo above.

Here at Dr. Aardsma's Vitamins we want to see people be able to carry on, doing what they love, keep creating and keep dreaming, and fulfilling the calling on their life---not being weighed down by suffering, endless trips to the doctor, and surgeries, but being able to keep living a vibrant and healthy life.

My daughter's class collaborated on a special project, which included writings from each student on the topic "When I am Grown."

One of her classmates wrote, "As I grow older, I will become my Mimi's personal Uber driver. I will never allow my Mimi to suffer in a nursing home. Therefore, she must live with me. I will care for her day and night."

The love, the incredible bond, the care and concern in those words just jump off the page to me. Mimis are precious to this world. We need to do all we can to extend their lives and keep them around as long as possible! 💛

Overheard in a local diner

A retired couple came back to our area to open a breakfast and lunch diner along the highway in a neighboring town.
✨
While enjoying a delicious breakfast there, I heard another customer call out to the owner/cook, “I thought you retired!” She called back, “Retirement’s over-rated!”

The human soul wants to stay busy, keep going, and keep doing whatever it is that gives fulfillment and meaning to that person’s life.
