Yoga wasn’t something I enjoyed just a few short years ago. But a gentle push from a friend to try something new connected me to a practice and more importantly, to a community.

A client recently shared that they couldn't pinpoint how their physical body felt after our time together but that they felt hope in their heart. I believe that when you find the support and the safe space to journey towards wellness beautiful energy shifts begin to unfold. Birds have long been considered symbols of the soul and hold great significance in many cultures and traditions. Maybe it is their ability to fly, igniting the same potential within us. Maybe it is their strength that instills hope. Or perhaps it is their courage that inspires.

In Native American culture eagles are believed to carry messages from the spirit world and their feathers are used for rituals in healing and protection. When a feather falls to the earth, it is said to be a gift from the sky. Eagle feathers are treated with great respect, carrying energy and messages from the Great Spirit - symbolizing strength, honor, and courage.
