Happy New Year Everyone! We hope 2018 ended amazingly for you all!

First we would like to thank each and everyone of you that have allowed us to help you with your fitness and health journey this past year! We have loved watching each of you hit your goals and become a healthier you 🤗

2019 is a year for new beginnings and that includes us! We have sold FF50 to an amazing couple Kyle and Lori who have been on an awesome weight loss journey themselves . They are very passionate about what they do and they are also so excited to begin this journey with you all! So please make sure you come in and say Hi to them and Welcome them!
