Starting May 18th, join us every Monday at our Hasbrouck Heights, NJ office for a 6 week group for teen girls focused on creating a safe space to talk about real-life topics from family and relationships to social media, self-esteem, coping with stress and more.

Led by our executive director, Tamir Reyes, LCSW, this group will create a safe space, free of judgment, to connect, share, and feel understood.

Join us for a one-day immersive couples workshop focused on deep connection, growth and reset on May 23rd at our office in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ!

This 8-hour workshop will be led by our dedicated couples therapist, Jennell Jackson, LCSW, who is trained in the Gottman method. It will focus on learning skills you can use in your relationship, discovering tools to deepen connection, identifying destructive patterns, and creating an action plan for relationship growth. 💛
