Iโ€™m grateful to share what Iโ€™ve learned over the past 13 years of practicing Reiki energy healing, and Iโ€™m also happy to see how it can support and inspire others on their healing journeys, just as it has supported mine.

Reiki has supported me in creating inner peace and harmony, deepening self-love and self-care, and learning to set healthy boundaries. Through this practice, Iโ€™ve strengthened my intuition and gained clarity about my gifts, what lights me up and what truly aligns with who I am, as well as insight into the parts of myself that need healing, the wounds I carry, and the areas where I need growth. It has been a powerful journey of personal discovery, helping me reflect, heal, and open doors to other healing modalities and new ways of exploring energy work.

People often ask me how I got started with Reiki and energy healing. For me, it began with signs like TV shows talking about Reiki, coming across books about energy healing, and an intuitive reading sessionโ˜บ๏ธ

After about a year of curiosity, I finally experienced energy healing for the first time in a Reiki class. That first session changed everything. I felt energy in my hands, received messages during meditation, and had a deep inner shift๐ŸŒŸ

Since then, my life has transformed with more peace, healthier boundaries, greater self-love, stronger intuition, and ongoing healing. But I didnโ€™t realize healing can sometimes be hard and intense. There are moments when I donโ€™t want to go through it, but I know itโ€™s part of the journey.โœจ

Lately, many of my clients have been sharing that theyโ€™re feeling emotional, anxious, or drained. The recent full moon may be bringing buried emotions to the surface.๐ŸŒ•โœจ This often happens when something within us is ready to shift or be released. Our emotions and body are always offering gentle signs. Itโ€™s important to listen with care. When you feel overwhelmed, nature offers quiet support.

๐ŸŒฟTry these simple practices to reconnect and ground your energy:
โ€ขWalk barefoot on the earth โ€” feel the calm support beneath you
โ€ขHug a tree and take in its steady presence
โ€ขListen to ocean waves or flowing water โ€” let it soothe your nervous system
โ€ขJournal your thoughts and feelings โ€” no judgment, just expression
โ€ขTake slow, deep breaths to return to the present
