Spring is in full swing, and it’s one of the best times of year to get outside and move your body. A walk around the neighborhood, a bike ride, working in the yard, or a hike with friends all count. Movement does not have to be intense to make a difference.
Spending time outside and staying active supports heart health, joint mobility, and overall wellbeing. Even small habits like taking a daily walk or stretching in the fresh air can add up over time.
If the warmer weather has you feeling motivated to move a little more, lean into it. Your body will thank you for it.
