We’re excited to announce that vendor applications are now open for the 2026 WV Freedom Festival, happening June 23rd–27th!

Please note that due to new requirements from the West Virginia State Fire Marshal, the application process has changed.

Before completing your application, there are some new requirements that have been set by the State of West Virginia Fire Marshal Office and the City of Logan. Because of the new policies, the City of Logan is now limited in the number of booth vendors that can be accepted. Since space is now limited, submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. Applicants will be notified by May 1st if they have been approved.

You can apply online using the link below. Or, if you would prefer not to submit your application online, a printable copy is available in the information section of the form below.

For any questions, please call Logan City Hall at 304-752-4044 Ext. 5. You may request a mailed copy or pick one up.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to another great festival!

Thank you,

The City of Logan
