Just wanted to share all of our many services that we offer at Walls Wellness Center! Comprehensive women’s health care that includes hormone replacement, fertility, and primary care. We offer primary care for all ages, walk in sick visit, pregnancy confirmation and early pregnancy care. Men’s primary care, testosterone replacement, and fertility testing. Sports and work physicals, IV hydration, and a full line of aesthetic services including neurotoxins, fillers, microneedling, and PRP. We also offer NAD+ injections and IV infusion, and weight loss with prescription medication, Burn Bundle injections, and Lipo Vite injections. We can also do consultations for GLP-1s even if your insurance doesn’t cover them with cash pay through the manufacturer. Also offering onsite Lab services and ultrasound services.
