August is Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Awareness Month, a perfect time to learn more about this condition and how to maintain a healthy pelvic floor !!!

Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (PFD) affects millions of people, yet it often goes undiagnosed due to a lack of awareness and understanding. The pelvic floor is a group of muscles and tissues that support the bladder, re**um, and reproductive organs. When these muscles don't work properly, it can lead to issues like incontinence, pelvic pain, and organ prolapse.
