I've found that re watching my own videos is helping me heal. This morning I woke up and felt like my brain was foggy and my body was sore and tight. This can come from a lot of things. For me it was from carrying heavy things, in many ways. The art of letting go is never a purely peaceful process. The sovereignty found in feeling your pain in order to free it is unmatched. Have faith that you working through that pain is bringing you joy and peace. Clarity is found in the heart. The more your attention is there, the more you see, hear and feel from your truth.
No one else can tell you what is right for you except you.

Mantra:
I govern myself
I am self governing
I am soveriegn
Future self please bring me clarity.

Then sit with that feeling as long as you can.
Return to this practice for 3 days whenever you catch yourself falling back into confusion. Be gentle with yourself.
We're all in this together, even if it isn't seen by all.
