We’re excited to welcome Pamela Gillenwater as the newest member of our team. As our new Community Relations Manager, Pam brings over twenty years of experience supporting individuals and families in crisis. Her work as a certified Domestic Violence Advocate, leader at the YWCA’s Resolve Family Abuse Program, and active volunteer in our local community speaks to her dedication and compassion.

Pamela’s heart for service and her belief in people’s potential make her a wonderful fit for our mission. We’re grateful to have her on board, and we know she’ll help us strengthen connections and expand support for those in recovery across southern West Virginia.

This grant will help us open a new six-unit recovery residence in Logan County, expanding safe, supportive housing for adults working toward long-term recovery. New Beginnings Home for Men (part of Recovery Group of Southern WV) is looking for a part-time Overnight Tech ($11.50/hr) to join our team.

Are you dependable, compassionate, and ready to make a real difference in the lives of men in recovery? This is a great opportunity for someone looking for meaningful overnight work!

**What you'll do:**
- Monitor residents and ensure safety overnight
- Do nightly rounds, bed checks, and answer after-hours calls
- Help with intakes, drug screens, and resident support
- Follow safety protocols and report concerns

**Requirements:**
- 18+, high school diploma or GED
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a drug screen
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stay alert during overnight shifts
