How? A client asked me today HOW the Zone helps reduce anxiety or any other emotion or pain? In the zone our goal is to balance the body and by using specific techniques in certain areas of the foot we can achieve that. Each part of the body holds a specific emotion so we work those parts of the body on the foot. There is also a specific area on the foot that represents the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies of the person. By zoning these areas on the foot the zone can help balance and reduce anxiety, stress, and depression. All because of the energy signals in those areas opening up and the body then functioning how it is meant to, which is in a state of BALANCE!
