Eggs…. Eggs are real food. They have the essential nutrients for life. They have proteins, vitamins, minerals, and cholesterol! They have it all. Cholesterol is an important part of our diet! We need it for the endocrine system to function correctly.

Not all eggs are created equal. Different species lay different eggs with different nutrient content.also the environment of the chickens plays a huge role in nutrient content of the eggs.
