A Service of the Sunshine Terrace Foundation. Dedicated to providing care wherever you call home Sunshine Terrace Foundation started in Logan Utah in 1948.

The Foundation was created to give quality care to our neighbors. The Sunshine Group continues to expand its range of services that the original foundation started. We are part of a continuum of care that includes; Sunshine Terrace Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, Terrace Grove Assisted Living Facility, and AquaWorx Outpatient Physical Therapy & Fitness. We are pleased to now be able to provide our community with their health and personal care needs in their own homes.
