Start your day with intention in this invigorating early morning flow designed to gently wake the body, open the heart, and clear the mind.
As the sun rises, we’ll move through breath-led sequences that energize without overwhelm—inviting lightness, clarity, and balance into your day.
The Sunrise flow eases into movement with gentle stretches, and builds upon a series of sun salutations and vinyasa flow sequences. This class incorporates mediation, breathwork, and a full savasana.
This is your time to move mindfully, greet the day with grace, and align with nature’s rhythm—one conscious breath at a time.
Second morning class: Warm Wake and Flow
All levels welcome. Bring your breath, your body, and your intention to rise.
