Necco Foster Care and Counseling Necco of Logan, WV provides community based services for at-risk children and their families.

Necco provides services related to the welfare of children in need of loving, stable and supportive families. We do this through adoption, foster care, independent living, supported living, community rehabilitation, residential living, mental health counseling and related support services. Necco operates in Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia and Indiana and serves children age birth to 21.
