🔹🔴🔹 It’s still Hepatitis Awareness Month — the ideal time to recognize that hepatitis remains a serious global health issue, affecting more than 300 million people and claiming over one million lives each year.

Hepatitis C, in particular, is often called a “silent" disease. Spread through infected blood, it can go undetected for decades while quietly damaging the liver and increasing the risk of serious illness, including liver cancer. In fact, nearly half of those infected are unaware they have it. That’s why screening is recommended for everyone between the ages of 18 and 79 — even if you currently feel healthy.
