✨🇺🇸This Memorial Day weekend, we pause to remember the brave heroes who gave everything. Their sacrifice reminds us how truly precious our health, peace, and time really are.

True well-being starts when we intentionally slow down to care for the body and mind we have been given. As you enjoy the holiday, remember to breathe deeply and invest in your own restoration.

🌿I want to take a quick moment to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has stepped through the doors of Balsam & Fern this week. It has been such an incredible, busy week, and I am so grateful to everyone who has been passing the word around and recommending my services to family and friends. Your support means the absolute world to me!

🌿Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the importance of putting our health and well-being first. It is so easy to put ourselves at the bottom of the to-do list, but making time to rest and heal is essential.

🌿As much as I love pouring my energy into taking care of all of you, I’m also making a conscious effort to practice what I preach and prioritize my own well-being, too. When we fill our own cups, we can show up so much better for the people and things we love.

🌿Thank you for trusting me with your wellness journeys. I hope you all take a little time for yourself this weekend!
