So the allergy season, cold congestion and sinus blockage is on us. If you have allergies with congestion, runny nose, watery eyes or a cough you may also get a "bump or knot" in a lymphatic site. (Swollen lymph nodes)
This little treatment can help. Please note *you may feel drainage or different soreness as negative fluids move through. Don't be too alarmed if you get a little sore after doing this. Its causing a little irritation as the junk passes.
