That’s why 4C Health offers walk-in access across our locations in Kokomo, Logansport, Peru, Rochester, Winamac, Monticello, and Tipton.

Walk-in Hours:
✅ Monday: 8–3 PM
✅ Tuesday: 8–5 PM
✅ Wednesday: 8–3 PM (Peru & Logansport: 8–5 PM)
✅ Thursday: 8–3 PM
✅ Friday: 8–12 PM
