Last week we took our lunch break at Marilus Family Restuarant, and the food was fantastic! Even better was hearing our residents laughing and truly enjoying themselves.

Our amazing resident, Phil Conn, bravely served our country and was nominated — and chosen — as this year’s Grand Marshal. We are beyond proud of him. Thank you to Phil, and to every hero who has sacrificed their life, their family time, and countless moments so we can enjoy our freedom today.

The day before Veterans Day, Gentiva came into our building to honor our veterans and surviving spouses. Gentiva Hospice presented each veteran with a pin and certificate in recognition of their service. Thank you to all our veterans and surviving spouses for the incredible sacrifices you have made for our country!

🎃 Thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual Spooky Fall Festival! It was a frightfully good time, and we can’t thank you enough for all the support. Smiles (and a few spooky shrieks) filled the building all night long. Between the costumes, candy, and laughter, it was a boo-tiful evening! 👻 We’re already brewing up ideas for next year’s fun — stay tuned, till next year! 😉🤭

Last Friday’s lunch trip to Silver Lake Family Restaurant & Lounge was one to remember! 😋 The ladies were in complete disbelief when the tenderloin showed up — it was absolutely gigantic! 😂 Lots of laughs, full bellies, and another fun Friday in the books. 💕
