How much Botox do I need? ✨
One of the most common questions I hear.

Botox is measured in units, not by areas. Units depend on muscle strength—stronger muscles usually need more, smaller muscles need fewer. That’s why dosing is always personal.

Here are general starting ranges I use as a guide:

✨Forehead lines: ~10–20 units
✨Glabellar (frown) lines: ~15–25 units
✨Crow’s feet: ~10–20 units
✨Subtle brow lift: ~2–4 units

These are estimates, not a prescription. Your exact dose is based on your anatomy and how natural you want to look.
