Hi guys we are relaxing here at home trying to keep sugar intake down, keeping up on our vitamins, vitamin c, zinc, and incorporating mushrooms.
Physical activity is huge it can be yoga, barre, running from one room to the next lol keeps heart rate up.
Right now is a great time to unplug from tv, social media, husband, wife just kidding about the husband and wife! Really though unplugging by reading a book, mediation, studying Gods letter he wrote to us. Taking nice hot baths with Epsom salt, lavender, and baking soda helps detox your number one organ your skin.
Maybe you have been wanting to clean up your lifestyle and haven't had time well you have the time NOW! start making healthier meals doesn't have to huge and extravagant because eating healthy costs money. Start simple crowding out with bad and adding in with the good. Slow and easy by the time you get the hang of it you will be ready for the next phase. Implementing healthier lifestyle to your daily life while you're working.
Positive news is you're helping your body boost its immune system and be ready for multiple different viruses not just Covid 19 but we have so many different other viruses that are out there and bacteria's. Allow your body to have a break from the chemicals, toxins and the preservatives, we are eating day and day out that cause us harm. Now is the perfect time take advantage of it while you have the downtime.
