Stop allowing others to determine your worth
Negative words and criticism of others can have an immense impact on your wellbeing. They will kill your self-confidence, and make you sad. This will influence how you view all future projects when you move on after experiencing negative stuff. You risk feeling rejection again and this causes a destructive cycle in your life.
You will never make everybody happy. We also have different tastes, and different aspirations. What you are, and what you do, might be offending others even though the last thing on your mind is to do so. You can not afford to keep altering the actions to avoid offence. If you don't want to be influenced by the views of others it takes a clear understanding of your worth.
If someone fires you or chooses to no longer be friends with you, it doesn't diminish your self-worth. When you boss gets down on you hard at work it doesn't improve. Your connection status does not determine that. Your ego can be slightly damaged when you face these circumstances but it does not affect your core being. People can try to point you out or judge you, but you should know better. It takes strength and courage to stand firm when people don't believe in you.
Taking on feedback and improving yourself is part of the process, but you must be discerning on what you consider. Don't dwell about things about yourself that you can't change, like your birth conditions or your genetic inheritance. Certain things are more significant, such as your attitude, what actions you take and the opportunities that are before you. Focus on what you can change, and don't think about anything you can't change.'
