Heritage Gardens Health Care is a 110-bed skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center that was originally certified in September of 1971 and has been family owned and operated since 1991. We are designed to meet the needs of both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents as well as hospice and respite care. We maintain a reputation of high-quality care and superior services. We

accept Medicare, Medi-Cal, various Managed Care (HMO) providers, Hospice, Respite, and Private Pay residents.
